• check-out options

  • on my home page you can access my online shops (Etsy and Amazon Handmade US, DE and IT) by clicking on the tile of the gallery on the home page. You will be redirected to the page of the online marketplace Etsy or Amazon handmade (US, UK, DE) etc where my shops are located. For Etsy you can login with your existing Etsy account, you can create a new account or you can check out as a guest. Etsy offers a lot of payment options and your transaction is totally secure. For Amazon you can use your existing Amazon login or create a new profile on their webpage.

• custom duty

  • Your orders will be shipped internationally to a lot of countries.. Please be informed that you will be responsible to pay any custom duty of your country at time of delivery, depending on the amount of your order and the rules and regulations of your country

• flat fee for shipping of your sticker order

  • Switzerland CHF 1.00

  • Europe CHF 1.70

  • Rest of the World CHF 2.25

  • (1 CHF is about 1 USD / the exchange rate can change anytime)

 

 

• payment options?

  • the following payment types are accepted on Etsy: Paypal, ApplePay, SofortÜberweisung and credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Discover)

  • Etsy gift vouchers are accepted as well

  • the payment will take place at time of order

  • your payment will be handled via Etsy or Amazon, they provided a secure transaction system, I will never see any credit card numbers which has been used for payment

• processing time

  • all stickers are made to order and in the sequence of your order placement. It will take about 3 to 4 working days to process your orders.

• refund

  • you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact me via Etsy and Amazon, I will not finish your order and refund your payment

  • I accept refunds within 14 days of order, any refund of your money (minus shipping costs) will only take place if I receive the items undamaged and in the state that they were sent out. The items must be returned to me on buyers expenses in pristine condition. The refund will take place once I have received the items and checked on the condition of the items. If the items are returned to me in an used condition or damaged, there will be no refund. Any special orders or customized orders cannot be returned and there will be no refund.

  • if your stickers arrive damaged or if you are not satisfied about anything please do contact me on Etsy and Amazon so that we can find a solution. I strive to keep every customer happy with their orders, you are happy then I`m happy :-)

• shipping time

  • ​Switzerland 1-2 working days

  • Europe 3-5 working days

  • Rest of the World 6-9 working days

  • I cannot influence the shipping times, a delay can always happen due to unpredictable incidents (like winter storms)

  • if your order did not arrive within the above stated days please allow some more days than stated above for the delivery. If your order has still not arrived after these additional days please do not hesitate to contact me so that we can find a solution
